Exercise during Pregnancy

Regular exercise throughout your pregnancy can feel healthy and happy. Regular exercise may improve your posture and reduce some common discomforts such as backaches. There are evidence that physical activity may help build more stamina needed for delivery

If you stay physically active before your pregnancy, you should be able to continue your activity in a controlled manner.  However before any exercise please check with your gynecologist to avoid any risk.
